The 5th annual IEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications will take place from June 15-17, 2010 at the Evergreen Laurel Hotel in Taichung, Taiwan and will cover a wide range of topics including industrial informatics, computational intelligence, control and systems, energy and environment, mechatronics, power electronics, signal processing and network and communication technologies.

The International Conference on Power Electronics and Power Engineering will take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from March 29-31, 2010 to bring together scientists, engineers, researchers and students. Researchers participate in workshops to share their research and challenge each other on workshop topics.

UPEC 2010 is the 45th International Universities' Power Engineering Conference hosted by the Institute of Energy in the School of Engineering at Cardiff University. UPEC 2010 will take place on August 31 to September 3, 2010 in Cardiff, Wales, UK. It will feature discussion and exchange of information concerning new trends in electric power engineering for young researchers, PhD students and engineers.

The 10th WSEAS International Conference on Electric Power Systems, High Voltages, Electric Machines will take place from October 4 - 6, 2010 in Iwate, Japan at the Iwate Prefectural University. The conference will feature presentations on a variety of topics including reliability, protection, portable power systems, alternative energy systems, environmental issues, energy management systems, impacts of deregulation, open access and optimization techniques.

The Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition will be held in Atlanta, Georgia from September 12 - 16, 2010 and will cover a broad range of topics including energy conversion areas and applications ranging from household appliances, industrial equipment, regenerative energy systems, automotive power trains, transportation propulsion systems, as well as electrical distribution and transmission systems

The 3rd IASTED African Conference on Power and Energy Systems is hosted by the University of Botswana and will be held in Gaborone, Botswana on September 6 - 8, 2010. The keynote speaker will be Professor Trevor Gaunt of the University of Cape Town, South Africa. The conference is sponsored by IASTED's Technical Committee on Power and Energy Systems and World Modeling and Simulation Forum.

 

PEDSTC 2013 will be the 4th annual international conference of the Power Electronics, Drive Systems and Technologies, and will be held in Tehran Iran from February 13-14, 2013. The 2013 Motor, Drive & Automation Systems Conference will take place on February 7th-8th in Orlando, FL and will feature presentations such as the OEM Design Engineer Panel, Design & Development of Motor & Drive Systems, Magnetic Manufacturer Panel and many others.

The 2010 Transmission & Distribution Europe conference will take place in Barcelona Spain at the Centre Convencions Internacional from March 2-4. The conference will feature over 80 speakers discussing various topics such as integration of ICT solutions, T&D financing and ownership, the effect of changing regulatory framework, power quality & security of supply and long term T&D planning in a changing environment.

Europe's 2010 PCIM conference provides experts in the power quality and electronics fields a forum to discus the latest developments in the industry. Featured topics will include power semiconductors, passive components, thermal management equipment, and servo-technology. The conference takes place from May 4th through May 6th.
